Yes Mame, I see that you are a premier player and absolutely we will remove the resort fee. Good customer service would have played out differently i.e. It's not the money of course not but the pettiness of it all. It was so deeming to me to have to explain that being the wife and was referred to as additional guest. I asked for a supervisor, and it was not pretty. As much as my husband and I played, the money they got from us, and they want to haggle over 10.00 resort fee. I'm not the top but making my way up and this is my treatment. They really need a lesson on how to handle upper tier members. REALLY!!! This is so mickey mouse of an operation. At checkout I went to the VIP desk and again would not remove it. They were not by any means allowed to remove it. I decided to correct this after we arrived. Is 10,00 that much to them that they humiliate their members with not allowing this to apply to the reservation. Why on earth would they not see my premier number in the reservation and not charge the fee. My problem with this is Its really just a matter of software. Recently stayed however my husband made the reservation and I was entered as guest. Resort fee is waived for this tier for hotel stays. Winstar's membership acknowledgment services are really lacking. ![]()
